Summer Youth Program

For 8 weeks each summer, CrossFit XBA holds a Summer Youth Program for age groups 5-10 and 11-13. Youth 14+ are welcomed in the regular CrossFit classes. 

 

We use The Brand X Method, which is a comprehensive, next generation fitness framework designed to deliver physical literacy over the life of the course, preventing injuries, improving sports performance, and keeping youth active and engaged for a lifetime.
